Description: Responsible for participating in the planning, development, implementation and evaluation of education and training for hospital associates. Requirements: EDUCATION/TRAINING/CERTIFICATION/LICENSURE: Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing, or matriculation in Baccalaureate Degree Program Registered Nurse with current license Two-five years hospital clinical services Two years teaching related activities Recent hospital experience preferred. Successful completion of all Orientation Programs. WORK ENVIRONMENT AND HAZARDS: Hazards include risk of exposure to communicable diseases. Risk of injury from lifting patients and operation of equipment, and from exposure to caustic substances. WORK CONTACT GROUP: All patient related hospital departments, patients, families, visitors, nursing personnel and medical staff. SPECIAL PHSYICAL DEMANDS: Must meet requirements of the ADA.
