Description: Represents hospital Administration and as such serves as the delegated agent of the hospital administrative team and is invested with the authority of the same on the assigned shift. Responsible to coordinate and evaluate quality and clinical practice activities throughout the medical center in compliance with the Nurse Practice Act, JCAHO and NJDOH licensing standards. Requirements: "Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing or currently matriculating. Current New Jersey RN License. 3 years acute care nursing experience Nursing experience with progressive management experience. Maintains required BLS Heart Saver/Health Care Provider course completion status Completion of “Intravenous Therapy” course at Community Medical Center. Successful completion of all Orientation Programs. " |
