Description: Kensington Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, a proud affiliate of the Saint Barnabas Health Care System, is seeking a Per Diem RN Supervisor for our evening shift. Oversee nursing care during the 3-11 shift, opposite the Full Time RN Supervisor. Responsible for ensuring that our standards of patient quality care are met and that family concerns and staffing issues are addressed as they arise. Must have, as a minimum, one (1) year of experience as a supervisor in a sub-acute, LTC, or other related health care facility, with training or experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices.
