Description: Represents hospital administration and as such serves as the delegated agent of the hospital administrative team invested with the authority of the same on the assigned shift. Responsible to coordinate, evaluate quality and clinical practice activities throughout the medical center in compliance with the Nurse Practice Act, JCAHO and NJDOH licensing standards. Requirements: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing or currently matriculating. Current New Jersey RN License. 3 years acute care nursing experience Nursing experience with progressive management experience. BLS Health Care Provider Additional certifications may be required as per the Administrative Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation “Certification” Policy Successful completion of all Orientation Programs. |
